 The patriarch of the Philo golfing family has been enjoying the opportunity to work closely with his daughter Laura Diaz as she proves to be America’s shining star on the LPGA tour. The added travel with Laura has many rewards both personally and professionally. Watching first hand the results of hard work and dedication to the game by not only his daughter but by her fellow competitors and friends on tour adds valuable insight to instructing players of all levels.
His awareness of the need to be able to sift through the endless supply of information available in the golf community and play shots has become the focus of the school’s instruction philosophy.
He says: "We want you to leave
with a better ability to apply and understand the information
we supply you with, allowing your game to grow to whatever
level you desire."
He works closely with the instructional staff to ensure the lessons learned on tour make it back to all students.
