A graduate of Indiana University, Kevin Diaz came to golf after a shoulder injury ended his competitive baseball aspirations.

While working as an Assistant Professional in Bloomington, Indiana, Kevin sought assistance with his golf from the Philo family. This assistance led not only to his entering the golf school as a full time instructor, but to his entering the Philo family as husband of Laura (formerly Laura Philo).

Kevin has spent the past six years developing his skills as a teacher. He has spent the past four years developing his skills further while traveling with Laura on the LPGA Tour. These experiences together with his fifteen years of competitive baseball have provided him with insights that go well beyond the mechanics of the swing.
